What's in the shops?
Offering free parking and disabled access, we sell (and gratefully accept donations of) items in good, clean condition including: complete toys and games (except battery-operated toys); bric-a-brac; glassware and crockery in good condition; jewellery (including unworn earrings); adult clothing; children's clothing; pet items; soft furnishings; shoes; bags; garden items; craft items; toiletries; complete jigsaws; greetings cards; good quality paperback books, small items of furniture.
We also work with Recycling for Good Causes and accept various items that can be sent to them in return for cash.
Are there any items you don't accept/sell?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make use of the following items: soiled clothes/shoes; used underwear and swimwear; baby car seats, cots or highchairs; bike helmets and bike safety items; broken or dirty toys; incomplete jigsaws; heavily used baby wear; electrical items; battery-operated toys; broken household items; duvets and pillows; heavily used kitchenware.
Thanks to your generosity, we have a huge stock of CDs and DVDs so can't accept any more donations of these items at the moment.
If you are in doubt about items that we accept please check with us before dropping off.
How do I donate items to the shop?
Please drop off any items you would like to donate any day apart from Sundays between 10 am - 2 pm. You can see our location here. You can find out more about our opening times here. Please bring the items into one of the shops.
Please remove any old batteries from toys and please make sure that any games or jigsaws have all their pieces. We also respectfully ask that all items are in a good, clean saleable condition. Dogs are welcome in our shops.
