Half-way mark passed in boy's 100-mile walk

So far this month we’ve seen sub-zero temperatures, biting winds, snow, and ice. The type of weather where we don’t venture outside if we can help it.

For 11-year-old Baden, staying in isn’t an option as he’s pledged to walk 100 miles in February to raise money for us. We’re thrilled to hear he’s now passed the half-way mark and clocked up over 60 miles which is fantastic.

Baden’s mum, said: “He’s had some ups and downs but he’s loving the experience. There have been days where we’ve looked out of the window and thought ‘do we really have to walk today’ but he’s done it. I can honestly say I’m the proudest Mum.”

We think he’s truly amazing (and his Mum and Dad who have been supporting him).

You could put a real spring in his step by making a donation.
