Leicester Half Marathon & 10k

13th October 2024

Victoria Park, Leicester

We're so pleased that Laura answered our call for runners to lace up their trainers and join thousands of runners for the Run Leicester Half Marathon and 10K.  This popular event, which starts and finishes at Victoria Park, takes you on a tour of Leicester’s city centre streets and beautiful parks.

Laura, who is an experienced runner, had her first dog, Kiri from L.A.A. who lived until 19 years old!

You can donate via Laura's Just Giving page.

Each year L.A.A. takes in around 300 cats and dogs that are stray, unwanted or can no longer be cared for at home.  You'll be raising vital funds that help us to care for our residents whilst they patiently wait for furever homes.
