K9 Kids Workshop

Leicester Animal Aid

Our K9 Kids workshop is a fun, interactive way to help your child build confidence around dogs.

The one-hour session, for five to 16-year-olds, is free and led by an experienced dog professional in a safe environment. The workshop is designed to help children:

know what to do when meeting a dog they don't know
understand dogs' body language
be more confident around dogs

There will be an opportunity to practice meeting the trainer's dog safely and responsibly if the child feels comfortable to do that.
