Adopt a dog

We run an appointments system where interested parties are invited to meet a particular cat or dog where mutual compatibility has been agreed. Alternatively, visitors are welcome to look around on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 10am to 2pm to view dogs, and 11am to 2pm to view cats.

About Sully

  • I love my toys the squeakier the better
  • I am house trained
  • Once I have that bond with you I will become your lap dog and cuddle cushion
  • I currently lack in trust and confidence but am slowly getting there
  • I want to live as the only pet
  • I must live within an adult only home

‘Special boy Sully’ here! It takes me a while to gain trust with a new person but I am very loyal once that friendship has been made and I do love you to pieces! Sadly I am petrified by the Vet and children, so I must live within an adult only home and by myself without other animals. As my confidence is so low I must have an experienced owner who can deal with my anxiety and worries not just when being left but       managing meeting and greeting new people and visiting new environments. Sadly I will make it known when I am uncomfortable and any owner must be confident and patient with me.

I love my treats and squeaky toys and will make my own bed once you’ve spent time doing it. I travel well but again as I am unsure of the world do keep me on lead when we are out on walks and don’t be fooled by my size, I am quite a strong walker; a speed demon when I see a cat! Being an eager beaver, I am very quick at getting past your legs at the door and don’t deny me a space sofa and your bed as these are my favourite places to relax on!
