Adopt a dog

We run an appointments system where interested parties are invited to meet a particular cat or dog where mutual compatibility has been agreed. Alternatively, visitors are welcome to look around on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 10am to 2pm to view dogs, and 11am to 2pm to view cats.

About Ella

  • A real sweetie!
  • I could live with teenage children
  • I want to be the only animal in my new home but still socialise with other dogs
  • I am house trained
  • I love to play
  • I need a strong walker as I am not used to being on lead

‘Easy going Ella’ here! Since being at the kennels I have learnt that there is so much more to life than what I had previously experienced and my playful, Labrador side is emerging which I am loving! A spritely girl for my age, I love playing with balls and get very excited when I know we are going out and about on our walks.

I am a strong walker for my age as not used to be on lead and like all Labs I think with my stomach and will steal food off the sides or raid cupboards. I will require a gradual build up in my leave time as I do love human companionship and want to be my new owners hip. I would love a teenage home and happy meeting other dogs when out on walks but want to be the only animal in my new home. It is my time to be spoilt rotten with plenty of cuddles, a comfy bed and kisses!
