Adopt a dog

We run an appointments system where interested parties are invited to meet a particular cat or dog where mutual compatibility has been agreed. Alternatively, visitors are welcome to look around on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 10am to 2pm to view dogs, and 11am to 2pm to view cats.

About Gary

  • Fun loving boy!
  • Ex racing greyhound
  • No small animals or cats sadly in my new home
  • I could live with another compatible dog
  • A gradual increase in my leave time as I get upset when left
  • Enjoys relaxing walks, nothing too strenuous

‘Giggly Gary’ here! An overall happy chap who loves cuddles and lots of fuss! Being an ex racer I am still getting used to a different way of life but this is fun and I am enjoying life as you can tell by my gorgeous smile! I am currently your shadow but once my confidence grows I’m sure I will be off playing with my toys, and you will see more of my cheeky side!

I am sociable with other dogs and could possibly live with the right one but sadly no cats or small animals in my new home. I would be happy with children aged 10 years and above but would require an owner who is about most of the day to gradually build up my leave time and get me used to a home environment.

Remember to keep me on lead when we are out on walks and with my muzzle on as my recall is non existent and ensure I have a large enough garden to zoom around for off lead exercise.
