Adopt & Rehome a Cat - Leicester Animal Aid feature image

Important changes - please read

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic we have changed the way we operate, so you won't be able to look round the Cattery to view our cats as you would do under normal circumstances. If you are interested in adopting one of our cats please fill in an "interested parties form" or give the Centre a call if you have any questions.

About Dennis

Dennis came into our care through his previous owner. He is really struggling to adjust to life in the cattery and spends most of the day hiding away. Dennis currently lacks trust with humans, he will accept fuss but he is still worried about our intentions. We can see that Dennis wants to interact, especially if we have tasty dreamies to hand; but he will only accept small amounts of fuss currently. He is going to need an understanding owner who is willing to help build his confidence in the home. Dennis would benefit from being the only animal in the home. He may be able to live with respectful older children who are willing to give him the space he needs.
