CPSS taking on new clients

L.A.A.'s award-winning Community Pet Support Scheme (CPSS) provides free support with practical pet care for those with long-term physical and/or mental health conditions. The Scheme keeps best friends together and reduces loneliness through a shared love of animals.

Would you or someone you know benefit from the Scheme?
Are you, or someone, you know:

  • Living in any of these three districts of Leicestershire;
    Blaby, Hinckley & Bosworth or Oadby & Wigston?
  • Have a long term physical and/or mental health condition?
  • Finding it hard to give your pet the exercise and care they need?

Then we may be able to help. We can provide support in the form of dog walking, grooming, enrichment activities and support with vet visits, along with temporary boarding of pets for clients if they have hospital appointments.

The pet care is provided by a professional (award-winning!) staff team, they are background checked and trained in working with people and pets.
