Spring Dog Show success!

Wow, what an amazing day we had at our Spring Dog Show on Sunday 1st June. 

We loved seeing so many of you and your lovely canine companions.  It was an amazing turn-out and we had 167 entries into the seven different dog show classes which is one of the highest ever!

A massive thank you to everyone who came and supported us at our annual event.  It was fantastic to see our supporters browsing the stalls, enjoying the refreshments and watching and taking part in the dog show and agility competition. 

The judges had such a difficult job deciding on 1st, 2nd and 3rd places especially in the Best Rescue category. It was great to meet so many dogs of different, shapes, sizes, breeds and backgrounds. We loved seeing former residents of L.A.A. living their best lives. A huge congratulations goes to Gypsy who won Best Rescue and was crowned top dog after winning the Best in Show Category.

A special thank you goes to our fantastic judges L.A.A. Charity Ambassador, Barrie Stephen, Chelsea Read and Sue Ablett and to everyone who entered. You were all winners!

A massive thank you must also go to Huncote Sports & Social Club for being the perfect host, all the L.A.A. staff and volunteers who helped on the day and the stall holders for supporting our event.  A special thanks goes to Sophie’s Bakes who donated all her takings to us and Jennifer Amy Photography for taking photos.

Thank you to each and every one of you who supported us in any way to make this year's Spring Dog Show a massive success. It means so much to us and the animals that we've helped and will continue to help thanks to your generosity.
