Could you be a dog foster carer?

Could you open your heart and home to one of our dogs?  L.A.A. is looking to build up a network of foster carers to provide temporary homes for dogs that are not suited to kennel-life.  This could include dogs that are extremely anxious, have a medical condition or struggle to be in an environment with other dogs.

This volunteer role is extremely rewarding knowing that you are improving the dog’s chances of finding a forever home by providing a nurturing, loving and calm environment.

So, if you have lots of love, time and patience and want an animal in your life without the long-term commitment of your own dog, this could be the opportunity for you.  L.A.A. will cover costs, including food and vet costs, and will always be there to offer support and guidance.
