Fun day huge success

A massive thank you to everyone who came and supported us at our Family Fun Day and Dog Show on Sunday 15th September. It was fantastic to see more than 300 supporters browsing the stalls, enjoying the refreshments and watching and taking part in the dog show and agility competition.

We loved seeing so many of you and your lovely canine companions at the dog show. It was an amazing turn-out and we had lots of entries into the seven different dog show classes which was fantastic!

The judges had such a difficult job deciding on 1st, 2nd and 3rd places especially in the Best Rescue category. It was great to meet so many dogs of different, shapes, sizes, breeds and backgrounds. We loved seeing former residents of L.A.A. living their best lives. A huge congratulations goes to Dayna the Great Dane who was crowned top dog after winning the Best in Show Category.

A special thank you goes to our fantastic judges - Barrie Stephen L.A.A.'s Charity Ambassador, Sue Williamson and Chelsea Read. Thank you to everyone who entered - you were all winners!

A massive thank you must also go to Huncote Sports & Social Club for being the perfect host, all the L.A.A. staff and volunteers who helped on the day and the stall holders for supporting our event.

Thank you to each and every one of you who supported us in any way to make this year's Family Fun Day a massive success. It means so much to us and the animals that we've helped and will continue to help thanks to your generosity.
