L.A.A. welcomes special visitors to the Centre

Published 27th February 2024

We love nothing more than welcoming visitors to our Centre and showing them our facilities and telling them about Leicester Animal Aid’s work to support cats and dogs in need.

We were delighted to welcome the High Sheriff of Leicestershire, Mrs Henrietta Chubb JP, who came along to find out more about the work we do and to show her support.  She was accompanied by the Chair of Blaby District, Councillor Cheryl Cashmore, who has chosen us as her Charity during her term of Office.

It was the pawfect opportunity to thank the Chairman for the support that she and the Council has given us so far and to hear about the latest fundraising event she has planned!

The visitors also got to meet one of our lovely Lurchers looking for a home, Ziggy.  He loved the extra fuss!
