Lesley Cann completes The London Marathon

Lesley Cann took part in this years London Marathon and successfully completed the 26 mile race in a time of 5 hours and 54 minutes.

Lesley raised over £1400.00 through sponsorship for the race which will really help the cats and dogs at The Centre

Lesley has supported Leicester Animal Aid over the years and the Charity is one which is very close to her heart as she has pets herself.

Sarah Washington Fundraising Manager at the Centre commented, "We are really grateful to Lesley for taking on this challenging race and extremely proud that she made it to the finish line. Well done Lesley we are all really proud of you."
